The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a Pestokill\u00a0 error. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued at over \u00a350 are recommended to be returned with a tracked shipping service.<\/p>\n<p>All refunds go to the original purchaser and will be fulfilled by Pestokill\u00a0 under their refund schedule. A full refund will be due, provided the return is received within the return window.<\/p>\n<p>Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.<\/p>\n<p>Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable.
